The small print
£19,995 including VAT for a qualifying property and our standard package specification, confirmed by survey. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Offer available until 31 December 2026.
25% deposit to secure your order; the 75% balance is due on completion. Finance is not available on this package.
Make It Yours allowances have no cash alternative and can't be transferred. With 6 or 7 windows, the two choices must be different options and can't be combined into a single £4,000 credit.
Refresh It covers straightforward fascia, soffit and guttering. Scaffolding, difficult access, repairs to rotten timber, asbestos and specialist roofline details are quoted separately.
Electrical remedial work identified by the EICR isn't included unless covered by your Make It Yours choice or a separate quote.
We coordinate work into your Transformation Week where practicable. Supplier delays, weather, access or unforeseen defects may affect timing. Available to three homes a month, subject to survey, capacity and product availability.
